I'm sorry I haven't been around the last few days, I've been suffering from another migraine attack and was therefore bedbound due to the vomiting and low energy.

The good news is that there was a month between this one just gone and the previous one, so it seems to be more spaced out. Let's hope it stays that way!

I *should* be fully recovered, since I managed a full meal, but I'm not 100% sure so I'm trying to get as much done as possible tonight in case I can't get up tomorrow.
